How long does it take to process my order?
After receiving your order it normally takes 1-2 business day to process it. During processing we dispatch your order to our warehouse, package it, and then ship it to your address.
Shipping time depends on your location and the method of shipping you select. We offer ground shipping through USPS and usually takes 5-7 days. We do our best to ensure your package is delivered to you as soon as possible, however, mistakes do sometimes happen. If you have serious concerns about your order please contact us here
How much do you charge for shipping?
To US addresses, we charge a flat shipping fee based on the number of items in your cart.

What locations do you ship to? Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to the United States and Canada.
How long will it take to ship to my address?
In most cases, standard shipping will take up to 5-7 business days. You can track your item with the tracking number provided with your receipt. If your shipment is taking longer than these estimates, please contact us here
Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
ScareWear uses Paypal to process all orders. Paypal is a respected and trusted brand. We use it because we want you to be able to shop with confidence and with the knowledge that all your information is kept secure.
If you wish to purchase items, simply select your desired size (S, M, L or XL) for tees or (S/M or L/XL) for caps. This item will then be added to your shopping cart through a new PayPal window that will automatically open in your browser. You may add as many items as you like before proceeding to the checkout.
If you accidentally close your shopping cart, you can reopen it at any time by pressing the “View Cart” button on the ScareWear home page.
Once your shopping cart is complete with the items you wish to purchase, you many proceed to the checkout. If you already have a Paypal account you can sign in and process the payment from it. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still make the order as a guest.
To make the payment as a guest you will need to fill out your name, email address, delivery information and payment information. Please note that if you are paying as a guest you must use a major credit card.
Be sure to check your order, as well as any shipping costs, before submitting. You will receive a confirmation email receipt. Please retain a copy as you will need this if you encounter any problems. Please note you will receive a second email when you order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse facility with a tracking number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal as our shopping cart. If you have a Paypal account you can pay by direct deposit or by credit card. Please note; however, direct deposits can take up to 7 business days to finalize. Your order will not be shipped until payment has been received. That is why we recommend using a major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still make your purchase using a guest account. If you decide to make your purchase as a guest, you must, however, use a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).

What t-shirt size should I order?
At the moment we carry 4 t-shirt sizes: S, M, L, XL. The shirts are manufactured by American Apparel, which is well known for its quality and durability. To determine your shirt size, you will need your chest and waist measurements. To find your chest measurement, place a tape measure the fullest part of your chest while keeping the tape comfortable and slightly loose. For your waist, measure the narrowest part of your torso. Use these two measurements to then determine your size:

To determine your cap size measure the circumference of you head just above your eyebrows.

Cancelling, Returns and Exchanges
How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately because your order is automatically dispatched to our warehouse there is no way to cancel it once it has been finalized. You may request a refund once you receive your order. Please make sure you make this request within 21 days from when the order is placed. We do not accept refunds 21 days after the date of purchase.
How can I return my order?
Your satisfaction is important to us. Therefore if the products do not match your expectations or is in some way faulty you have 21 days from the purchase date to request a refund. To request a refund, please contact us here. Please note that we do not accept refunds after 21 days from the date of purchase.
